  • Where is the store based?

  • How do I place a custom order?

    To place a custom order, please send an email to [email protected]. We will work with you to make your vision come to life!

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    At this time, we are only accepting orders inside of the US.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    All skirt orders currently have a turnaround time of 7 business days.

    Hand-lettered items will depend on the due date of the item (as discussed via email when creating your listing).

    For any other products, please see the individual product description for turnaround time.

  • How do I take care of my custom Sarta skirt?

    Since every Sarta Designs piece is hand-sewn, hand-washing in cold water is recommended.

  • How do I know what size I am?

    Note: The sizing chart is the general fit. Some skirts can only be made a certain length, so please pay attention to the description of the individual skirts that you are interested in.
